Sesame-crusted Miso Salmon
  1. Heat oven to 425°F. Line rimmed baking sheet with parchment paper.

  2. In small bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, miso, mirin, and ¼ teaspoon pepper. Place salmon fillet, skin side down, on prepared baking sheet. Spread mayo mixture on top without letting mixture drip down sides.

  3. Sprinkle evenly with sesame seeds and roast until salmon is barely opaque throughout, 18 to 22 minutes. Serve sprinkled with sliced scallions and lime wedges if desired.
