Maple Garlic Sauce
  1. In a small saucepan, heat vegan butter over medium-high heat.

  2. Add garlic and saute for 1 minute, until fragrant.

  3. Add maple syrup, soy sauce and mustard powder. Cook, whisking for 3 minutes until hot and bubbling.

  4. Immediately reduce heat to low and keep warm until ready to use.
