Mix together all of the ingredients except the wrappers and the avocado oil.
Preheat a griddle or a large skillet on the stove over medium heat.
Spread about a tablespoon of the filling mixture over a wrapper. Place the wrapper meat-side-down onto your cooking surface.
Cook for 1-2 minutes.
Lightly spray wrapper side that is facing up with avocado oil spray, or brush lightly with oil.
Flip the dumpling over and carefully fold in half. Cook each side of the folding dumpling until they are golden brown and crispy.
Remove and serve hot with your favorite dipping sauce.
