Baked Curried Hakurei Turnips
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F.

  2. Line your sheet pan with parchment paper.

  3. In a mixing bowl, combine the cubed turnips, olive oil, curry powder, salt, garlic powder, and chili powder and mix until turnip pieces are evenly coated.

  4. Spread onto the sheet pan in an even layer and bake for 20 to 25 minutes until slightly browned and softened (I baked mine for around 23 minutes).

  5. Serve warm and sprinkle with black pepper and fresh torn herbs. Pair with your favorite dipping sauces if desired.
