Season both sides of chicken with salt & pepper
Sprinkle with flour and rub in to fully coat
Heat butter and olive oil in a large sauté pan (mine is from @caraway_home - code "EATSWITHALLY10" will get you 10% off)
Cook chicken on both sides until golden browned
Remove chicken from pan and add more olive oil if necessary
Sauté onions and garlic until fragrant and translucent
Add in orzo and toast in pan for 1 minute
Pour in chicken broth and scrape brown bits from bottom of pan
Mix in heavy cream, Parmesan, and lemon juice and bring to a slight boil
Add chicken back to pan, lower heat, cover, and simmer 10 minutes until orzo is cooked through
Top with fresh parsley, grated Parmesan, and lemon slice
