Heat oven to 350°F. Remove the brie from the refrigerator and let it sit out at least 10 minutes before baking.
Place brie on a sheet pan. Cut shallows slits ½-inch apart across the top of the brie, just through the rind layer. Top with Momofuku Chili Crunch Hot Honey, spreading it all the ways to the edges of the top of the brie.
Bake for 15 minutes until it is very soft. Serve with crackers, bread, or fruit.
