No Peel Spiced Feijoa Chutney
  1. Do not peel but trim and chop the feijoa, then combine with onions in a large saucepan.

  2. Add the remaining ingredients.

  3. Stir well while bringing to the boil.

  4. Simmer on low heat until thickened – about one hour.

  5. Spoon into hot sterilised jars. Seal when cold.

  6. Will keep for months. Refrigerate once open.
