Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Lightly spray a 9x13-inch pan with nonstick cooking spray or line with parchment paper, set aside.
Make the brownies according to package directions and spread evenly onto the prepared pan.
Form 24 cookie dough balls and flatten with your hands. Place on top of the brownie batter and top with sprinkles. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until the cookie dough is golden brown. Let cool for 10 minutes before slicing and serving. Enjoy as is or with a scoop of vanilla ice cream!
