Preheat oven to 350°F.
Cube bread using Serrated Bread Knife.
Toss bread with melted spread in Classic 2-Qt. Batter Bowl.
Peel, core, and slice apples using Apple Peeler/Corer/Slicer; cut into eighths using 5" Self-Sharpening Utility Knife.
In 9" Square Baker, layer half of apples, bread cubes, and caramel sauce; repeat layers.
Bake 25-30 minutes or until apples are tender and bread is golden brown.
Serve with fat-free vanilla frozen yogurt, if desired.
