Pork & Prawn Gyoza
  1. Combine 250g pork mince and 250g green prawn meat in a bowl

  2. Add finely chopped spring onion whites, garlic cloves, and ginger

  3. Mix in 2 tbsp soy sauce, 2 tbsp Chinese cooking wine, 2 tsp sugar, 1 tsp stock powder, ½ tsp white pepper, and ½ tsp sesame oil

  4. Season with salt to taste

  5. Place filling in the center of each gyoza wrapper

  6. Fold and seal the gyoza wrappers

  7. Heat avocado oil in a pan and cook gyoza until golden

  8. Prepare dipping sauce by combining 2 tbsp soy sauce, 1 tbsp rice wine vinegar, 1-2 tsp sugar, and 1-2 tsp chilli oil

  9. Adjust dipping sauce measurements to your liking

  10. Garnish gyoza with sliced spring onion greens

  11. Serve with dipping sauce
