Chocolate Chia Pudding
  1. Place tofu, cocoa powder, peanut butter, maple and milk into a food processor.

  2. Process until smooth.

  3. Add chia seeds and stir through, let it sit for 5 mins and stir again.

  4. Then pour pudding equally between two jars and replace a lid on top.

  5. Let it sit for at least 2 hours or overnight to thicken up.

  6. Enjoy!
