Toast the coriander seeds, peppercorn and dried chillies then blend in a spice grinder
In a small pot add the spice mix, honey and olive oil and mix well
Pat down the halloumi and Hasselback cut them, leaving the slices thicker
Place halloumi in a piece of foil
Drizzle the spice mixture all over ensuring every nook is covered
Place rosemary in between each slice
Create a pocket using the foil leaving the top opened
Place in the AirFryer and cook for 15 minutes at 180°C
