Airfried Halloumi
  1. Toast the coriander seeds, peppercorn and dried chillies then blend in a spice grinder

  2. In a small pot add the spice mix, honey and olive oil and mix well

  3. Pat down the halloumi and Hasselback cut them, leaving the slices thicker

  4. Place halloumi in a piece of foil

  5. Drizzle the spice mixture all over ensuring every nook is covered

  6. Place rosemary in between each slice

  7. Create a pocket using the foil leaving the top opened

  8. Place in the AirFryer and cook for 15 minutes at 180°C
