Shrimp Rice Rolls
  1. Wrap 3 shrimps and green onions in rice paper

  2. Fold in the corners and tightly wrap the rice paper

  3. Brush both sides of the rice rolls with a little oil

  4. Steam the rice rolls for about 8 minutes, covered with a lid

  5. Make the shrimp sauce by whisking together soy sauce, oyster sauce, sesame oil, sugar, and water

  6. Pour the shrimp sauce over the steamed rice rolls and add a little chili oil
