Bring a large pot of water to a boil. Add plenty of salt. Cook the pasta until it's al dente. Reserve 1 cup of pasta water.
Strain the pasta and add it to a large pan along with the butter, lemon juice and ¼ cup pasta water.
Stir in the Parmigiano and Dash Pasta Blend Mediterranean. Add more pasta water as needed.
Plate and top with burrata and more Dash Pasta Blend Mediterranean to taste!
