Add the flour, salt and yogurt into a large mixing bowl
Mix it around with a spoon then use your hands to gather it all into a dough
Transfer onto floured surface and knead lightly with your hands
Cut the dough into 6 pieces
Shape each piece into even balls with your hands
Preheat your air fryer for a few minutes
Brush the air fryer tray with oil so the dough doesn't stick
Pop in the rolls leaving space between them
Brush with egg wash and add poppyseeds
Air fry on standard setting at 175°C for 12-15 minutes
Enjoy warm with your favorite toppings or freeze once cooled
