Pistachio Cream
  1. Preheat oven to 150C.

  2. Spread the pistachios over a baking tray and roast in the oven for 5 - 10 minutes then allow them to cool for 5 minutes.

  3. Melt the white chocolate and leave aside.

  4. Add them to a high speed blender or food processor and blend until a pistachio butter starts to form.

  5. Add the melted white chocolate to the blender and continue to blend for a couple of minutes until it gets super smooth.

  6. Transfer to a jar and serve with your fave sweet treats!
