High Protein Banana Bread
  1. Preheat oven to 350°F. Line a loaf pan with parchment paper or spray with cooking spray.

  2. Mix dry ingredients (flours, protein powder, baking soda, baking powder, salt) in a bowl.

  3. In another bowl, whisk wet ingredients (yogurt, maple syrup, bananas, eggs, vanilla).

  4. Combine wet and dry ingredients; stir until just mixed. Fold in chocolate chips.

  5. Pour batter into the pan, top with extra chocolate chips.

  6. Bake for 55–65 minutes, covering with foil at 30 minutes if the top browns too much. A toothpick should come out mostly clean. Enjoy!
