Chop new potatoes into bite-sized pieces. Toss with 1 tbsp oil, ¼ tsp salt, ¼ tsp pepper & a pinch of garlic powder. Air fry at 200°C for 15mins until crispy.
Cube the paneer and toss with 1 tbsp oil, remaining salt, pepper, garlic powder, 5 spice, finely chopped garlic & red chilli. Air fry for 10 mins until golden and fragrant.
Finely slice spring onions & chop coriander.
Add the potatoes, paneer and fresh herbs to a large bag, sprinkle over a little extra salt, pepper & 5 spice, then shake it up until everything is coated.
