Guisado Rojo
  1. Air fry your tomatillos at 400° for about 8 minutes until softened and slightly charred.

  2. Lightly air fry the chiles (don’t let them get crunchy or your salsa will turn sour.)

  3. Blend the tomatillos, chiles, garlic, onion, and garlic salt until smooth.

  4. Cook your milanesa in a pan and season to taste.

  5. Add in your diced Mexican zucchini and let it cook down a bit.

  6. Pour in the red salsa and let everything simmer together until the meat is tender and everything comes together.
