Egg Onigiri
  1. Prepare the Rice Mixture: In a mixing bowl, combine the cooked rice with sesame oil, seasame seeds, shredded seaweed, and shredded dried fish. Mix well until the ingredients are evenly distributed throughout the rice. Set aside.

  2. Cook the Eggs: Boil and mash the eggs. Once the boiled eggs are mashed, mix them with mayonnaise in a bowl until well combined. Adjust the amount of mayonnaise to your preference.

  3. Spread out the plastic wrap, followed by a sheet of seaweed.

  4. Take a handful of seasoned rice and shape it into a triangle or oval-shaped or square shape.

  5. Layering with a spoon of the egg and mayonnaise mixture.

  6. Then slice of cucumber.

  7. Cover the filling with more seasoned rice and gently wrap the seaweed sheet and plastic wrap together to shape it.

  8. Let it rest for about 10m.

  9. You can cut it in half and enjoy with some more seasame seeds.
