Shredded Beef Tacos
  1. Brown the beef and add everything to a Slowcooker (with the exception of the tortillas).

  2. Cook on high for 7 hours then remove and shred the beef.

  3. Blitz the sauce in the slow cooker and dip the wraps.

  4. Fill the wraps with the shredded beef, coriander and some onion if you can.

  5. Add them to the air fryer and using a brush recoat them in the sauce from the slow cooker.

  6. Air fry at 200 for 5 minutes.

  7. Serve with guacamole and sour cream – deeeeelicious.
