Japanese Steakhouse Ginger Sauce
  1. Chop onion into small pieces.

  2. Peel and mince ginger root if not already done so.

  3. In a food processor, blend all ingredients until smooth.

  4. You'll notice as the air is whipped into the sauce that it changes to a slightly more yellow color. This is normal and once the sauce settles it is brown again.

  5. Serve with steak, chicken, seafood, vegetables, or rice.
