Preheat oven to 275°F
Whisk eggs, milk or cream, and ketchup if using
Stir in cheese, herbs, and cooked meat if using
Grease muffin tin with butter or spray
Scoop mixture evenly into muffin cups
Top with extra cheese or herbs if desired
Bake for 10–15 minutes or until center is slightly jiggly
Let cool for 2 minutes, loosen edges, and remove from tin
