Preheat oven to 350°F and grease or line an 8x8" baking pan.
In a blender or food processor, blend black beans, eggs, cocoa powder, maple syrup, coconut oil, vanilla, baking powder, and salt until smooth.
Stir in half the chocolate chips.
Pour batter into the pan and sprinkle the remaining chocolate chips on top.
Bake for 25–30 minutes, or until the center is set and a toothpick comes out mostly clean.
Cool before slicing. Store in the fridge for fudgier brownies.
