Preheat oven to 420 degrees F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Set up 3 bowls: one with flour, one with Panko bread crumbs seasoned with salt and pepper, and one with the beaten egg.
Take the Boursin cheese out of the foil and place it in the flour, making sure all sides are covered.
Dust off the excess flour, then dip the Boursin into the egg, and finally into the Panko, making sure to cover all sides.
Carefully place the breaded Boursin on the prepared baking sheet.
Bake for 20-25 minutes or until crispy and browned. If needed, broil for a minute or so to get the outside browned.
Remove from oven and drizzle with spicy honey. Garnish with chopped rosemary.
Serve with crackers or bread.
