Make the pie crust and refrigerate.
Preheat oven to 375°F.
In a large bowl, mix the sliced apples, sugar, cinnamon, and a little flour.
Roll out the bottom pie crust and place in a pie dish.
Pour the apple mixture into the pie crust.
Roll out the top pie crust and place it over the filling.
Crimp the edges to seal.
Cut slits in the top crust to allow steam to escape.
Bake for 40-50 minutes, until the crust is golden brown and the filling is bubbly.
Allow to cool before serving.
