  1. In a Mixing bowl, marinade the steak with black pepper, chicken bouillon or oyster sauce, golden mountain seasoning sauce or soy sauce, and minced lemon grass.

  2. Cover with Plastic Wrap. Refrigerate and let it Marinade for 20-30 Mins or Overnight.

  3. Once Marinated. Cook your Steak.

  4. Grill or Fry your Marinated Steak on High Heat.

  5. Cooking Time for Steak Varies. Grill your Steak to your desired doneness.

  6. Don’t forget to grill the sides as well. Give it a nice sear for texture.

  7. Slice Steak to your desired Size. Place in Mixing Bowl.

  8. Garnish and Season with Lime Juice, Thinly Shaved Palm Sugar, Toasted Rice Powder, MSG, Fish Sauce, Chopped Culantro, Chopped Scallions, Chopped Shallots, Mint Leaves, and Chili Powder.
