  1. Start by making the au jus gravy ahead of time as well as patting the peppers dry! Just follow the packets instructions or buy a quality jarred gravy!

  2. Heat the Griddle to hi, and combine the beef with the seasoning listed above and mix well. Then form the meat into 4 oz balls and set aside.

  3. Place the beef down on the griddle and place the sliced peppers on top of the meat, then smash it down hard into the cooktop. Move any peppers that fall off back on top.

  4. Let the Patties cook for about 90 seconds before flipping them over and topping with cheese. Use a small amount of water and let the cheese steam and melt for a few seconds.

  5. Remove the patties and build the burger as shown in the video!
