Korean Cold Noodles (kong Guksu)
  1. Blend silken tofu, peanut butter, sesame oil, dashi powder or salt, and oat milk/milk of choice together.

  2. Put the blended mixture in the fridge.

  3. Boil thin wheat noodles as per packet instructions.

  4. Rinse the noodles with cold water.

  5. Boil egg for 6 minutes.

  6. Place an ice cube in a bowl and assemble your ingredients.
