Chilli Garlic Ramen
  1. Fry the minced garlic until soft and browning, and the chilli oil a minute towards the end. Add the stock and simmer.

  2. In a bowl mix the miso, soy sauce, tahini, milk and lime juice then pour over the chilli/garlic broth.

  3. Add the cooked noodles, garnishes then serve and enjoy!
