Add flour to one bowl for the dredge
1 tablespoon of butter
Mix dry ingredients in second bowl
Eat eggs with dry ingredients
Dredge chicken in flour covering well
Add chicken to dry spice mixture coating both sides
Method:
Fry pieces of chicken and oil and butter
Brown well on both sides
Cook in batches and keep warm
Method:
Add broth and lemon juice to pan. Add 3 cloves chopped garlic back into pan.
Bring broth to boil and add chicken back into pan
Leave it until sauce thickens
Turn chicken over to both sides well
