Using a 2 pound pork loin, trim, all fat.
Make paste with glaze ingredients and massage over pork loin.
Seal in air tight Sous vide bag.
Bring water to temp, 150°F.
Submerge fully underwater for three hours.
Once it’s done allow to cool on counter before placing in refrigerator overnight.
Once fully chilled, sliced two desired thickness and enjoy!
