Homemade Sandwich Bread
  1. Heat your water to 100-105 degrees.

  2. Add yeast and honey. Stir and set aside.

  3. In your mixer add your flour and salt.

  4. Add your yeast and butter. Knead until well combined and dough is shaggy and slightly sticky.

  5. Transfer dough to a lightly oiled bowl and let rise for about 1 hour.

  6. Transfer dough to a lightly floured surface.

  7. Divide your dough in half.

  8. Press each half out into a rectangle about the length of your loaf pan.

  9. Roll the dough up and pinch the seams. Fold the ends over and pinch those seams.

  10. Place in the loaf pan seam side down.

  11. Let rest on the counter top for another 1 hr.

  12. Bake at 375 degrees for 30 minutes. Rotate your pans half way through so you get a nice even bake.

  13. Let cool in the pans for about 5 minutes, then turn out onto a cooling rack.
