Vegetarian Mushroom Pate
  1. Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat.

  2. Add onion and garlic, sauté until soft.

  3. Add mushrooms and soy sauce, cook until mushrooms are soft and fragrant.

  4. Transfer mixture to a food processor, add walnuts, salt, and pepper.

  5. Blend until smooth pate consistency is achieved.

  6. Spoon into a serving bowl, garnish with fresh parsley.

  7. Serve with fresh bread, crackers, in sandwiches, or on toast.
