Thinly slice 2 pears (Bosc variety recommended) to almost paper thin thickness for the glass effect
Simmer pear slices for 30 minutes in 1.5 cups of sugar and 1.5 cups of water until pears become almost translucent
Place pear slices on a tray covered in parchment paper and add edible dried flowers
Bake at 200F for one hour, flip the slices, and bake for another hour until fully dried (may need up to three hours depending on thickness)
