Boil water and add pasta to cook.
Mix 3 eggs (2 yolks + 1 whole egg) and parmesan, set aside.
Fry sliced garlic, spring onions, and chili oil in a skillet.
Add a bit of pasta water to the pan and stir. Turn off heat.
Add pasta to skillet and mix.
Pour in the egg/parmesan mixture, stir, and serve.
