Mix the first three ingredients in a stand mixer and let sit for 2-5 minutes, or until it’s frothy.
Add the salt, butter, and flour. Mix for about five minutes, or until you have a soft/sticky dough and all the flour is incorporated.
Place dough on a floured surface and roll out into a rectangle.
Roll the rectangle from one end to the other, and pinch the dough seems together. Make sure the roll is in an even-ish shape.
Place on a parchment covered baking sheet, cover with a towel, and let rise for 20-30 minutes, or until doubled.
Whip an egg white and brush the top of the bread with it.
Cut a few slits in the top, and bake at 450°F for 20 minutes. Should be deep golden brown.
