Chai Tea Latte
  1. In a pot, add 2 cups of water, ¼ teaspoon of cloves, 1 teaspoon of cinnamon, ½ teaspoon of ginger, ½ teaspoon of cardamom, ½ teaspoon of nutmeg, and ½ teaspoon of allspice.

  2. Whisk and bring to a boil.

  3. Remove from heat and let steep for 5 minutes.

  4. Add 2 black tea bags (or 4-5 grams of loose leaf black tea) and bring back to a simmer.

  5. Remove from heat and steep for an additional 5 minutes.

  6. Strain and store the chai concentrate in the fridge for up to 2 weeks.

  7. To serve, mix ½ a cup of chai concentrate with warmed milk (froth for extra latte feel).
