My Go-to Protein Bars

    NOTE: Try doubling recipe

  1. Combine all of the ingredients into a bowl except the chocolate and coconut oil.

  2. Form the mixture together and place into a container with wax paper.

  3. Melt the coconut oil and chocolate chips together.

  4. Spread the chocolate onto the bar.

  5. Freeze/Refrigerate until the chocolate is set.

  6. Enjoy :)
