Homemade Caramel Sauce
  1. In a medium sauce pan, melt butter over medium low heat.

  2. Add in heavy cream and brown sugar and whisk together.

  3. Continue whisking occasionally as the mixture begins to bubble.

  4. Cook for roughly 7 minutes while it bubbles, stirring often.

  5. Remove from heat and add in vanilla extract and sea salt.

  6. Stir together and let sit for 5 minutes.

  7. Pour into a jar, seal and store in the fridge.
