Preheat 400°F. Spray muffin tin. Press hash browns into cups to form nests.
Bake 20 mins until golden. Lower heat to 350°F.
Whisk eggs, milk, salt, pepper in a bowl.
Add cheese and bacon to cups, then pour in egg mix.
Bake 12-15 mins until eggs are set and puffed. Cool 5 mins before serving.
