Slice your chicken into 1inch cubes.
Thinly slice your green onions and chop your napa cabbage.
In a bowl, mix together Chinese cooking wine, white pepper, oyster sauce, minced garlic, soy sauce, and your cut chicken.
Wash your rice then add in your cleaned rice into the rice cooker along with chicken bone broth, chopped napa cabbage leaves, and your marinated chicken.
Cook in your rice cooker for 30 minutes.
In a small bowl, mix together minced garlic, salt, green onions, water, and olive oil to make your sauce.
Once the rice cooker is done, mix together the chicken rice, top it off with your sauce, and enjoy!
