  1. Mix all the marinade ingredients into a bowl until well combined. Brush the marinade onto the cauliflower slices. Place them on a baking tray and roast in the oven at 200 degrees Celsius for 30-35 minutes until charred around the edges.

  2. Make the dressing by blending all the ingredients until smooth and creamy.

  3. Add all the salad ingredients to a bowl and mix well.

  4. To assemble add the salad to a bowl and place the roasted cauliflower on top. Drizzle with the dressing and enjoy!
