Tofu Recipes
  1. Pat dry and tear tofu in bite-sized pieces.

  2. Toss tofu with corn starch and salt.

  3. Fry in oil until crispy.

  4. Mix glaze ingredients and add to the tofu.

  5. Stir and fry for 2-3 minutes until nicely glazed.

  6. Cut tofu in half and score sideways.

  7. Mix remaining ingredients and add to the tofu.

  8. Bake at 200C/400F for 20 minutes.

  9. Add remaining glaze and bake for another 5-10 minutes.

  10. Mash and combine crumbled tofu with onion, garlic, parsley, mint, tomato sauce, flour, salt, pepper, and vinegar.

  11. Shape into 8-10 balls and fry in oil until golden brown.
