Pat dry and tear tofu in bite-sized pieces.
Toss tofu with corn starch and salt.
Fry in oil until crispy.
Mix glaze ingredients and add to the tofu.
Stir and fry for 2-3 minutes until nicely glazed.
Cut tofu in half and score sideways.
Mix remaining ingredients and add to the tofu.
Bake at 200C/400F for 20 minutes.
Add remaining glaze and bake for another 5-10 minutes.
Mash and combine crumbled tofu with onion, garlic, parsley, mint, tomato sauce, flour, salt, pepper, and vinegar.
Shape into 8-10 balls and fry in oil until golden brown.
