Creamy “marry Me” Chicken Meatballs
  1. Combine ground chicken, egg, breadcrumbs, Parmesan, garlic, Italian seasoning, paprika, salt, pepper, and basil. Form into 12–14 meatballs.

  2. Heat olive oil and butter in a skillet. Sear meatballs on all sides until golden (they don’t need to be fully cooked yet). Remove and set aside.

  3. In the same skillet, add garlic and sauté 1 minute. Add sun-dried tomatoes and sauté 30 seconds. Pour in chicken broth and simmer 2 minutes. Stir in cream, Parmesan, chili flakes, salt, and pepper.

  4. Return meatballs to the sauce. Cover and cook 10–12 minutes until meatballs are cooked through and sauce thickens.

  5. Top with fresh basil. Serve over pasta, rice, mashed potatoes, or crusty bread.
