Preheat your air fryer to 370 degrees F.
Using a sharp knife, cut the cooked shrimp into small cubed-like pieces.
Add the shrimp to a large bowl and add the remaining ingredients. Stir gently to combine.
Form the shrimp mixture into 8-10 patties. You can use an ice cream scoop to make each sized portion.
Place a piece of parchment paper down inside the hot air fryer then carefully place each shrimp cake in the air fryer.
Cook for 8-10 minutes until the crust turns golden brown. Flip and cook for 5 more minutes.
