Pour the wet mixture into the dry ingredients and knead immediately for at least 5 minutes until the dough becomes smooth and elastic.
Divide dough into small portions (about 1-inch pieces) and shape into bite-sized puffs.
Roll each puff in breadcrumbs until completely coated, pressing gently to help them stick.
Place coated puffs on the prepared baking sheet and spray tops generously with cooking spray.
Bake for 25-30 minutes until golden brown and crispy.
