Blend the cottage cheese, PBfit, maple syrup, and ½ chopped PB cup until smooth and creamy.
Pour the mixture back into the cottage cheese cup or a small bowl.
In a separate bowl, mix PBfit, maple syrup, and water until smooth to make your ganache.
Pour ganache over the blizzard base and top with the remaining chopped PB cup.
Freeze for 25 minutes until slightly firm and ice cream-like.
Spoon straight from the cup and enjoy!
