Gouda Dip
  1. Grate smoked gouda.

  2. Chop onion, cilantro, and jalapeño.

  3. Mix cream cheese, mayo and herbs into gouda.

  4. Mix pepper to taste.

  5. Best if made 1 or 2 days ahead.

  6. Enjoy.

NOTE: It won't appear to come together initially, but keep stirring. Make sure all cream cheese is mixed in well. Refrigerate after making.
