Directions
Prepare the crockpot by spraying with nonstick cooking spray.
Season the chicken with garlic powder, salt, and pepper, and place in the crockpot.
In a small bowl, combine cream of chicken soup, gravy seasoning mix, chicken broth, and mustard until smooth. Pour over the chicken.
Seal the crockpot and cook on low for 6-8 hours, or high for 3-4 hours.
When the chicken is tender, remove and shred it with two forks. Return it to the crockpot and mix well.
Serve with the flavorful gravy over cooked rice, noodles, or mashed potatoes.
